CONSENTS
The course of each SFPitch may be recorded in the form of audio-video recordings, and a photo report may be prepared by SFP from the event, then SFP records the course of SFPitch for the purposes of documentation, promotion and advertising of the event, as well as SFP's activities and the implementation of the goals indicated in § 3 of the SFPITCH Regulations together with the regulations for the provision of services via electronic (
Regulations
).
Participation in SFPitch is voluntary
, and taking part and submitting an application means that the Participant/Observer expresses consent to the recording of his/her image, voice and statements by taking photos, films or audio recordings using any technique and their free publication in the Media on the principles described in the
Regulations
.
The administrator of personal data and the Organizer of SFPitch
is the Polish Filmmakers Association with its registered office in Warsaw (00-834) at ul. Pańska 85 (SFP). The processing of personal data takes place on the principles specified in the GDPR and in accordance with the provisions of the
Regulations
.
SFP will process the data of Website Users, including Participants and Observers, in order to enable electronic registration and sending of an application to SFPitch (using the service provided electronically), to participate in SFPitch, to contact a Participant or Observer if necessary, to verify submitted applications, to select and announce projects qualified in the manner described in the Regulations, and to record the course of SFPitch in the form of audio-video recordings or digital photos in accordance with the Regulations, as well as for the purposes of considering any complaints, defending against claims or pursuing them.

Annex No. 1 to the Regulations

I want to participate in SFPitch, for this purpose I confirm that I have read the "SFPITCH Regulations together with the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means (Regulations)" and fully accept them.
I consent to the processing of my personal data by SFP for the purpose of participating in SFPitch, as well as recording the course of SFPitch in the form of audio-video recordings or digital photos and publishing my data in the scope of: name and surname (possibly creative pseudonym), project title, genre, format, logline, and in the case of recording the image and voice also these data, under the terms of the Regulations. I know that I can withdraw my consent at any time, which will not affect the actions previously taken by SFP on its basis.
In the event that the project qualifies for presentation as part of SFPitch, I undertake to include in the materials concerning the project the information: "The project was presented as part of SFPitch, organized by the Polish Filmmakers Association".
I want the contact details provided by me in the form (e-mail address or phone number) to be publicly available in bulletins distributed in the form of paper leaflets and in electronic pdf format, to all observers and other participants of SFPitch, as well as to anyone from the film industry who requests this information from SFP in connection with the desire to contact me resulting from the project/script presented at SFPitch. I know that I can withdraw my statement at any time, which will not affect the actions previously taken by SFP on its basis.
